Ceres: Chapter 2, The Aleutian – Original Science Fiction

Janva, an Aleutian agent, is sent to Ceres on an emergency mission to the obscure dwarf world Ceres after Sarene, the Aleutian Council’s senior operative, refuses to come out of retirement. What appears to be a routine intervention into the affairs of a rogue sequestered civilization, goes off the track, leaving Janva wondering what the real purpose of her presence on the tiny world is.
