In what might or might not be an experiment in social engineering conducted by Leaf’s dog Planet, the local community association decides to replace all the grass in Broadwalk Estates’ public spaces with drought-resistant plants. In protest, Ken and his neighbour Lily Green decide to withdraw from the association.
