After a somewhat disastrous encounter, a client sues Doctor Slow-mo and three other superheroes. As part of the settlement, with Hero-on-the-way, the four must take a team-building course or lose their licences. None of the cantankerous group is thrilled by the requirement.

Otherworld (Part 2)

On a winter evening in January, Morgan goes out to find her cat Echo. She tracks him to an unusually dark shadow in the middle of a park where she can hear Echo but can’t see him. Twelve weeks later, a security guard finds Morgan and Echo standing in front of Queen Hatshepsut temple in Egypt; Morgan still dressed in her winter parka.

One of the human computers in a data processing triad, concerned over errors in their predictions, suspects their newest member is a plant working for the artificial intelligence which has taken over the globe. Diary an Unintentional Extraordinary Life: Two Economy Class

To boost his fledgling career, and watch his mon receive a lifetime service award, Doctor Slow-mo, a neophyte superhero, attempts to go to his first professional superhero conference. While other members of his family use their powers or influence to get to there, Doctor Slow-mo ends up going on a commercial flight. When lousy weather forces his plane to redirect to a different airport, circumstances press Doctor Slow-mo into action.
